Beverly Hills Diet

The Beverly Hills diet is authored by Judy Mazel and Michael Wyatt. Eating proteins, carbohydrates, and fats at the same time "confuse your enzymes" and your food will not not digest properly. Emphasizes eating less fat and much more fruit.

Such division of nutrients does not make your enzymes more efficient. Combining foods is vital to your health. Eating specific nutrients, while avoiding others, causes decreases in energy while combining protein, fats and carbohydrates make you feel fuller longer. At least the diet emphasizes eating fruit. But you shouldn't do so at the expense of other vital nutrients. The Beverly Hills Diet is a gimmick, plain and simple

Diet Details

Beverley Hills Diet is an assumption, it's a diet based upon a belief or assumption that everything or every form food contains the enzymes that digests it inside the intestines. Beverley Hills Diet assumes that enzymes triggers the human body from the food it intakes and gives it energy. This Beverley Hills Diet idea was envisaged my Ms. Judy Mazel who made the entire diet popular. According to her the enzymes associated or contained in a particular food can digest only that food and no other food. Like an enzyme in sugar cannot ever digest fats!

Many concept exists in nature which defy science…so is Beverley Hills Diet. It holds or is sustained by a theory that is contrary to science. According to modern medical science, the enzymes in the body breaks down the food and also the enzymes in those foods into their constituents and absorbs, which is opposite of the assumption of Beverley Hills Diet where the food's own enzymes help them to get digested. Also Beverley Hills Diet plan holds the idea that excess fat or over weight is caused by the undigested food in the body, which gets stored up as fat. But modern science is again in contrary to this whole concept because it says that anything, which is undigested, cannot be absorbed into the body and gets excreted as wastes. So, a conflict exists and will subsist till eternity.

The whole existence of the Beverley Hills Diet is based upon how well it suits the person who pursues it. Sometimes the Beverley Hills Diet advocates the eating of only a single diet throughout an entire day. For some people the body needs a wide variety of foods to attain the indispensable nutrients and other health-promoting constituents for a healthy feeling. Those people cannot survive upon this Beverley Hills Diet. Thus a person must verify which diet is suitable for him or her before trailing it. However it can be said at this point that such a precise diet as the Beverley Hills Diet cannot be followed life long!

A precise look in to the Beverley Hills Diet can explain a bit more about it. Beverley Hills Diet advocates the intake of fruits by themselves and never consuming protein with carbohydrates so that the food is properly digested and not stored as body fat. A whole month maybe subdivided into phases. Initially only fruits might be permitted for a week long thereby adding carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins respectively every 4 days down the way.

The Beverley Hills Diet is based upon a very limited intake of food, which might cause some really serious digestion problems…or for some it can cause miracles. Nobody knows what Beverley Hills Diet holds for that person, but it's certainly not a friend for LIFE!
